It’s no secret that I have been suffering from issues with my gut for a few years now. My first healing step was to change my diet to reduce inflammation. And now I’m sharing how I’m healing from the inside out with Silver Fern Probiotics.
It’s really popular to talk about probiotics now and it seems that every health product on the market contains them. From yogurt to snack bars to juices – every label sells you on gut health. But a juice with 28g of sugar cannot be healthy, not matter how many probiotics are in it! So how else can you get your probiotics? I started my journey with using whole foods as medicine. My number one complaint is always how bloated I am after meals. Things get worse before they get better!
Since starting a regular routine of Silver Fern probiotics, I have notice a real improvement in my gut health and overall wellness. But let me be completely honest, I actually felt worse before I felt better. I was more bloated, more irregular, and even began to break out on my face. I was discouraged because probiotics were supposed to be helping me feel better, not worse. But as I know from my personal wellness journey, things get worse first because you are waking up all the bad bacteria in the body, moving it around, and then detoxing.
