The temperatures are dropping and I’m ready for all of the warming comfort foods! That means it’s time to get out the slow cooker and get this slow cooker Moroccan Vegetable Tangine going.
There is something so wonderful about slow cooked food. Not only does it make meal prep so much easier, it also brings out the amazing flavors of food that you can’t get any other way. Oh, and a slow cooker doesn’t heat my entire apartment like my oven, so it’s all year-round friendly!
This season, I’m cooking up this vegetable tangine with the warming flavors of cinnamon, turmeric and curry.
